Can't remember off the top of my head what music I was listening to back in '91, but it wasn't too much on this list. I gave votes to Mariah, Paula Abdul and begrudgingly to MJ and Roxette. Any other time I'd hate Roxette, but Fading Like A Flower was great.

Roxette, REM and other:

One of my favourite songs from 1991 is actually sung by Celine Dion.  It's called 'Have A Heart', and was the 5th and final single from her debut album 'Unison'.  When it was popular, I didn't know it was Celine who sang it, I just knew that it was a beautiful song and I always liked hearing it when it came on the radio :)

Black Or White---Michael Jackson  1 (3.6%)
Losing My Religion---REM  3 (10.7%)
Shiny Happy People---REM  3 (10.7%)
November Rain---Guns N' Roses  1 (3.6%)
Give It Away---Red Hot Chili Peppers  1 (3.6%)

There was much more that I liked from that year.  1991 was a great year for music imo.
