Worst film of all time, or best worst film of all time?

I wouldn't say it was the worst film, but it was a bad film nevertheless. Pauly Shore plays the same f'n character in his movies and what was worse it had the other Baldwin and Andy Dick. I liked the concept of the Biodome, and there were some funny scenes like Shore and Baldwin convincing of making the Biodome into a Marijuana growing plant. Other than that, it was pretty lame.
