Subject: Help me remember this toy from the early/mid 90s

Hey everyone,
At work we are trying to remember a toy that was popular (or at least heavily advertised) in the early 90s. Frequently had commercials during Nick gameshows such as "Legends of the Hidden Temple" and the like. This was during the height of the neon era...
Basically, it was a ball (or 2 balls) that were glow-in-the-dark or neon and 2 people would stand at either end grasping strings via handles. The players would pull the strings away from each other to send the ball to the partner, who would do the same. Sort of like a tethered version of catch...
The commercial, of course, had heavy rock music and featured children doing tricks and back flips and what not while pulling the strings. The commercials were very similar to the "Illuminator" organge glow-in-the-dark football commercials. (Potentially this was the same company).
