Cartoon Network has always been one of my favorite channels growing up. I particularly remember watching it on weekday mornings and afternoons at my grandma's house before and after school.

I especially miss CN's power bumpers.

I didn't have CN during the Mid-90's, but when I had it during 2001-2003, I got to see some of the joys of having CN. I also got Boomerang in 2005, I have yet to get it again.

Now CN went down the tubes once it dumped Looney Tunes....

And I think I smell That Guy With The Glasses (AKA-The Nostalgia Critic) making a review on CN...and he should.

This is the CN lineup I remember most. There were many classic cartoons on CN at this time. Now they're on Boomerang. Other shows I liked on CN were Johnny Bravo and Dexter's Lab.

Similarly, I didn't get CN until about that time, either. Even back in 2001 they had some decent programming, with classic cartoons and stuff. They even had an "Acme Hour", usually on Saturday nights, which would be filled with classic Looney Tunes and other older cartoons. I loved those! (Then again, around that time they started to introduce plenty of original shows, which I had no interest in watching.)

I think it was in 2006 when I began to receive Boomerang, which sounded like a great station at first, since they included Looney Tunes on their lineup...but soon thereafter, the station got rid of it. :(

Now CN went down the tubes once it dumped Looney Tunes....

That's right....and they brought it back, albeit briefly, a year or two ago, but that didn't last long.

yep.

Does anybody remember those fun powerhouse bumpers that CN used from about 1997 until 2004? I really miss those.

Dragon Ball Z I only watch every single episode with my brother. Piccolo is my favorite

Not when it came out, but a few clips of Tuxedo Mask on YouTube.

Yeah, those look vaguely familiar. I first began watching CN in late 2000/early 2001, cuz that's when I first got cable...so I think I remember seeing those things.

I know I watched Dexter's Laboratory.  I had a little Tan hare I named Dee Dee because I was always trying to chase her away from something.

Also yes, I remember the powerhouse bump
