Subject: Find out the name of series

Hello evrybody, I've been searching for this serie for a while now and I'd like some support!
It was aired in Swedish TV around the late 80's/early 90's i think and the plot was about a college guy who lived with his parents in his irl life, living simultaneously there and in his "dream world" in which he and his circle of friends proceeded on adventures. That's pretty much it. I think the setting of the virtual world was on an island. Not sure. Thanks in advance
