The 90s had a nice portion of comicbook cartoons, though some didn't last as long as others. My favorite, of course, was the Batman cartooon:

Pretty dark cartoon, though honestly the best comic cartoon was the Justice League Unlimited in the mid 2000s.
I also liked the X-Men cartoon for its storylines, but didn't like the animation at all. Too choppy.
The worst had to be the Iron Man cartoon as the producers did a total redesign of the cartoon after the second season.
