Those are some good ones. :) BSB also had a big hit with "I Want It That Way"; later in the year they released "Larger Than Life" and "Show Me The Meaning Of Being Lonely" as singles.

I also remember these ones:
"Beautiful Stranger" by Madonna
"Livin' La Vida Loca" by Ricky Martin
"No Scrubs" and "Unpretty" by TLC
"Take A Picture" by Filter
"I Need To Know" by Marc Anthony
"Bailamos" by Enrique Iglesias (which had lyrics in both English and Spanish)
"Higher" by Creed
"You Get What You Give" by New Radicals
"Mambo #5" by Lou Bega
"Genie In A Bottle" and "What A Girl Wants" by Christina Aguilera
"Someday" by Sugar Ray

...and some more which I'll probably think of later.

There was also Lenny's cover of The Guess Who's American Woman.

Right...and that was featured on the soundtrack to the second Austin Powers movie, I think. (As was Madonna's "Beautiful Stranger".)

Everlast, a rap/rock crossover artist (having been a member of the white rap group House Of Pain earlier in the decade), had a big hit that year, titled "What It's Like". And speaking of crossovers, various country artists were also crossing over into pop that year, including Shania Twain, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, and the group Lonestar (whose hit "Amazed" was climbing the charts for over half a year before finally reaching the top).

I remember the Robbie Williams song "Millenium" because of the Music Video being a James Bond homage and Baz Luhurman" Sunscreen song being played a lot.

Ugh! I hated that song.  It was so over played that by the time I heard it for the 100th time on Much More Music I finally got sick of looking at him :P

The Bubblegum Pop I know of is from 1967 to 1972, and featured "Sugar Sugar" by The Archies, "Quick Joey Small" by The Kasenetz-Katz, The Monkees and The Wombles. The list is too long to mention here.

I remember Scrubs, came out when I was 5(born in 94), my recollection is Chilli on that swing, or livin the vida loca(made Ricky Martin rich in late 90s), Take Me There - Rugrats Movie theme by Mya, Blackstreet, Mase, really remember the music video,

Ghetto Superstar - More like 1998.

Wild Wild West - Will Smith

Baby one more time - Britney Spears

Eminem - My name is(my dad actually brought me his album, Slim Shady LP, and I was 5(actually 4 if he bought it before may 1999), stuff like this wouldn't happen anymore)

BackStreet Boys, I want it that way

Mariah Carey - Heartbreaker, I remember when she played herself and alter ego Bianca with the dark hair.

Starting to use wikipedia to refresh memory, lets see,

Almost forgot... Cher's Believe, they played that all the time in 1999, anyone who remembers 1999 knows what I'm talking about, never hear this song anymore, I remember thinking Cher was Madonna as a kid, until parents corrected me.

I can recollect Bailamos, as I remember Enrique Iglesias and either cannot remember hero from 2001 or didn't know he made it, think I remember him before 2001. Bailamos rings a bell.

1999 is the year we started going to Target, BJs, etc alot, I miss those days, I believe I remember the days in Target hearing smooth sad songs like Sarah Mclachlan

Have a feeling of Candy by Mandy Moore, It's not right but it's ok by Whitney Houston, Mambo No. 5 by Lou Bega, remember I watched alot of TRL as a kid.

Lots of Sugar ray, can feel the "Someday" and I remember when I want to fly was modern/or brand new and my dad and I watched the video, but this was in 1997

All Star by Smash Mouth, Everyone who remembers 1999 remembers this from Inspector Gadget, Mystery men, or just general.

Bawitdaba - Kid Rock, remember this probably more in 2000, or 2001 when Ready to Rumble came out, The American Pie days(When movies such as Road Trip, American Pie, Ready To Rumble, came out).

Loved Lenny Kravitz  when he did Fly Away and American Woman.

Mark Anthony - I need to know

Maybe I remember more.

What's it with the mid/late '90s borns claiming they remember so much about the '90s, I mean you were only 5 years old at the very end of the '90s, most kids don't get into pop culture at that age. I don't claim to recall the '80s as well as people 10+ years younger than me are having this amazing recollection of the '90s.

I didn't play attention to pop culture until about age 8-10(around '93-'95) and even then I wasn't really into pop culture until the late '90s when I became a teenager.

Oh, 1999. Lots of great memories from that year. I was a kid then so I was very into all that bubblegum pop back then. There was practically a new boyband coming out each week, haha. Was also into the R&B (TLC, Destiny's Child, Brandy, Monica, Whitney, etc.) Latin invasion (Ricky Martin, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Enrique Iglesias), country-pop (Shania Twain, Faith Hill, LeAnn Rimes, Martina McBride, etc.) and others that came out back then. I remember still hearing "My Heart Will Go On" on the radio and, since it was the year 1999, Prince's "1999" was also played a lot.

I remember when 7 Year Itch: The Best Of Platinum Blonde 1982-1989 came out that year and Mark was touring with a new band.  I thought: What the hell? Where's Sergio, Chris, and Kenny?  ::)

There was an influx of Latino pop. I'm talking about Ricky Martin, Elvis Crespo, Mark Anthony.

Boy Bands were huge at that time.

Third Eye Blind released Blue and that had a catchy single on it called Never Let You Go.

Sonique's It Feels So Good was first played in late 1999 in St. Louis. I distinctly remember it being played on both KSLZ 107.7 (Z1077) and KYKY 98.1 (Y98)

Jennifer Lopez also released Waiting For Tonight. The music video had the Y2K theme to it.

Hell even after NYE 2000, the radio still sounded like it was the 90's. Up until 9/11/2001.
