Subject: Looking for a commercial

Greetings - found this site after googling all afternoon for an old radio commercial. I'm hoping some one here has a clue, as I'm about to lose my head lol.
Unfortunately, I don't remember much of the commercial. All I really remember is that it portrayed a husband/wife who constantly bickered/argued/nagged each other. I want to say it was for a hotel/motel as I recall hearing it along side of the motel 6 commercials, but obviously could be wrong. I can just about hear the voices of the actors, but I can't remember any names, lines, etc.
I don't know if it was a national commercial or local - It would have been heard in the Detroit, Mi area, possibly on 1260, 760 or 950.
It also sticks in my mind that when it ended it kind of made the news - but again don't know if that is a valid clue or not.
so, any ideas?
