Let's take a vote on which of her #1 singles are most favored. I'm making this strictly for the 90's. This decade she had at least one #1 single per year. She also won the Artist Of The Decade award at the Billboard Music Awards.

Mariah was so amazing in the '90s, it's so hard to choose just two. I went with "Vision of Love" and "I Don't Wanna Cry"
"Heartbreaker" and "Hero" are also up there.
It didn't reach number 1 but "Can't Let Go" might be my favorite.

"Love Takes Time" is easily her best #1 single; her first album in general had a rawness that her much poppier later material can't match. My other vote goes to "Dreamlover," which I've listened to countless times but still consider a perfect slice of early 90s dance pop.
Most of my favorite songs by Mariah Carey are actually non-singles; in fact, I consider "Hero" to be the weakest song on Music Box and "One Sweet Day" the weakest link from Daydream.

Looking In is my favorite song of hers and its not a single. :)

She has so many good songs. But of the #1's I voted for "Dreamlover" and "Fantasy".
