The song was a Eurodance type song with the lyrics: Invaders, crusaders, emergency operators. There was a woman singing in the song too, with the words Operator, operator this is an emergency

(And I love the blend of the 70s/80s retroish vocoder voice and 8/16-bit blips and bleeps mixed in with the more modern - "modern" meaning by 1994 standards - eurodancey synths and vocals in the chorus.)
