I haven't got around to watching all of them, but I really like your early '90s choices and 1998 ;D

"Smells Like Teen Spirit" for 1991? That song was released rather late in 1991.
I would have gone with (Everything I Do) I Do It For You" by Bryan Adams or "Rush Rush" by Paula Abdul for my choice, but they are all great songs.

While I still belief the music videos I shared earlier represent each respective year of the 90s, I feel as though the two music videos below better represent two years in particular;
1990: Sucker DJ - Dimples D
Generally speaking, the song and music video represents the popularity of hip hop at the time, as well as the general cheesiness of a lot of 1990 releases, such as "Cherry Pie" and "Ice Ice Baby". The song also heavily samples the theme song to "I Dream of Jeannie". Sampling was a common act in a lot of releases during the Early 90s (and the 90s in general). The song also represents the fashion trends of the time.
1996: Spaceman - Babylon Zoo
IMO, the music video for "Spaceman" really represents the dark and bleak vibe of many aspects of the pop culture at the time. Aesthetically, it could only have been released in 1996.

As much as I hate the song now, I have to be honest and say that the music video for Nookie by Limp Bizkit probably represents 1999 better than any other.
