I'd put Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped somewhere on the list, too. Maybe replacing NHL, R2R, or Blue Stinger? I'd also switch CTR's position with it.

1. Donkey Kong 64 – It breaks my heart seeing all the incredibly harsh fan reviews for this, saying it killed the collect-a-thon genre because it was too big. The size and challenge was exactly what made this such a classic, in my opinion. I don't know why Banjo-Kazooie has so stood the test of time, yet this has not.

Otherwise, I haven't really played enough to really compile a full top 10, I just know that the games I like from 1999 are absolutely fantastic.
