Mine was 1997 that year was great heres some thing that happened!
I got a n64 for Christmas
Mom finally got her license
My birthday that year I went to Florida
My Atlanta falcons went to the super bowl
Overall this was a pretty good year for me and I also look back on this year as being one of the best years for music in the 90s and I also live the fact that this year was y2k feeling to it.

Mine would be 1998 for these reasons:
- “I did not have sexual relations with that woman…”
- The Jerry Springer Show and South Park (‘98 was the year when merchandise was released)
- The movies (I love The Big Lebowski )
- There was music on the top 40 that late Gen Xers could listen to.
1998 was the first and best example of a Y2K year, but it wasn’t a Y2K year at the same time. It was close enough to being a part of the Y2K era in the end, but the last breath of the 90s was still in those final months of ‘98. I’m more of an ‘89 person than a ‘98 guy, but 1998 is a pretty fascinating year to look back to.

- debut of King of the Hill
- men in black
- First y2k year

1997 was the best year of my life.
