Subject: PETA to launch porn site in name of animal rights

Written By: King Tut on 09/19/11 at 3:58 pm

NEW YORK (Reuters) – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, no stranger to attention-grabbing campaigns featuring nude women, plans to launch a pornography website in the name of animal rights.

The nonprofit organization, whose controversial campaigns draw criticism from women's rights groups, said it hopes to raise awareness of veganism through a mix of pornography and graphic footage of animal suffering.

"We're hoping to reach a whole new audience of people, some of whom will be shocked by graphic images that maybe they didn't anticipate seeing when they went to the PETA triple-X site," said Lindsay Rajt, PETA's associate director of campaigns

Another website to add to Howards's favorites.  ;)

Yeah...but I'm guessing that already exists, this will just "increase the # of people" who get turned on.
The $ that this non-profit org receives (assuming it's a pay site) should help those get over the addiction of getting turned on by animal cruelty.

well, rule 54 and all that. (is it 54?) but i've never heard of it. i know plenty of people enjoy being cruel to animals (they're called "hunters") but i've never heard of it being a sexytime thing. but if you have foxy babes, followed immediately thereupon by slaugherhouse videos (shudder) you're actually TRAINING people in that direction. very misguided on PETA's part, i think, and i'm not one of those anti-PETA people, i like a fair amount of what they do. this, not so much.

34.  "If it exists, there is porn of it.  No exceptions."

I just discovered it proven with the first book I can remember, namely "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".  And I laughed!

But Rule 34 stands.  PETA's PR stunt?  Yep, it exists, and yep, there's porn of it (Wikipedia link SFW.  PETA will find an audience for this, but it's not the audience they're hoping for.  On the upside, I couldn't think of two more mutually-deserving groups of farktards.)
