As monitors of this board, can you actually see the private messages that we give each other, or do they just remain in the two individuals' computers?

I wouldn't be too worried about it, Bobo.  Chucky and Hairspray are both totally trustworthy people.  I can understand your wanting to know if it COULD be done, though.

Not to mention if people DID read PM's that weren't intended for them, they'd have likely died of shock ages ago!  Or so I've heard...  ::)

Yeah Bobo, you should see all the PM's Mystery Women's sent me ;)  She's melted three of my hard drives already...

I can only see them if I download the messages and open them with a hex-editor of some sort.. or I log in as someone else, but in order to do that I have to change that persons password (since I don't get to see what they are to begin with).. which means you would know because your password stopped working

you shouldn't be relying on any kind of web based system as totally secure.. I wouldn't be sending anything too confidential with it.. if I have to, I can read it, but I've never had a need to..

I'm sorry to hear that Kryillith. As for MW, I'd die of shock if I knew I did, that's for sure. And thanks Chuck, for the info.

"Melted three of your hard drives...?"  So that's what they're calling it nowadays!  ;)

PS.  You've got mail!  ::)

Bobo, honey, you don't have to be worried about Kryllith and his hard drives.  I always replace anything that gets destroyed in my wake...  ;D

No offense, but if your anything like me (which I doubt, anyway) you'll probably bust three different things on your computer every week. Also, if you're anything like me, you'll forget to replace them...
