Subject: VENTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ARGH! Some people can be so immature. I hate everyone at my frikin school! There was an incident that happened between me and these two girls about 5-6 months ago, who had lockers to the left and right of me. As I would go to my locker, they would barge over after they were done talking with their friends, slam my locker shut, and start with their lockers. I took it as a personal threat and would get upset (angry). Plus, I had other problems with people that just kept building up. Finally, I just broke down. I went to get tissues, and just to leave it like it was, when a teacher asked me what was wrong. They called them over to the gym, along with the cheerleading coach, since they were on the squad. A whole bunch of shit happened. Then, I had a class with one of the biggest assholes a couple months later. I've been called "crybaby", "pansy", and other names. Then, today, I was just sitting there, and I was right beside the clock, and some girl asked me what time it was. Then she said "Hey, is your name ?" I nodded. Then she goes, "do you still not like ?" Why can't people forgive and forget? And what's with all the names? I really hope high schoolers aren't as immature as the middle schoolers. Now please excuse me while I bang on the keyboard.

...that's enough for now.

I just wish that friends would be true, popular people wouldn't suck, and we could all get along. But, then again, this IS the 21st century.

You poor darlin'.  I know how much it sucks to be in school with girls like that.  I'll tell ya, I've been there.  When I was in Jr. High, my life was a nightmare.  For some odd reason, one of my ex best friends started telling everyone lies about me.  Before I knew it, everyone in school hated me.  It took a year to get everything straight (and fortunately the girl who started the rumors moved away), but eventually everything worked out.  You just hafta hang in there.  Kids can be cruel, especially when they gang up on you.

Eventually, you grow older, they grow older, and finally you realize that none of you no longer remembers what is was you were fighting about to begin with.  Just remember that your problems are only temporary.  One day you won't have to worry about the "cheerleaders" anymore, you'll be your own person.  Popularity isn't "all that" anyway.  Even the most popular of girls are sad sometimes.  You'll look back on this and laugh one day...I promise!  ;)

Bravo to you for not fighting back, no matter how much you may have felt like it! (or even if you didn't).  People like that will eventually find themselves in trouble; you don't need to borrow any of it.

Just like natmc78 said, this is only temporary.  I had trouble like that myself with the girls from the "popular" crowd.  They were mean and cruel, and ended up with bad reputations.  I escaped the bad rep because I wouldn't fight back.  Yes, I got called cruel names, too.  It is hard, but it was worth it in the long run.

Hopefully, high school will be better for you.  There will be a lot of new people, and even if these girls end up going to the same school, it will be very easy to avoid them in the crowd.

Let us know how things work out.  We're here to listen, and many of us have been through it, too

Thanks for the support. I've calmed down now.  :)

I've found it easy to avoid them, but my friends still hang out with them, so I'm not getting to hang out with my friends.

I feel so pathetic. I'm one of the biggest guys in the whole school and I'm being pulled down by two damn cheerleader gurls.

I think that it may be I've had good friends all in elementary school and they either turned their back on me or would become best friends with people who I hated or hated me. *sigh*.

Woo Hoo! Less than 15 days of school are left! :D :D :D

That actually happens a lot in middle school/junior high.  People change, and friendships change along with them.  It doesn't mean that these people will stop being your friends.  It's just that right now they are into something else.

Trust me, your REAL friends will eventually come back to you.  And you will always be making new friends as you go along, too.   ;D

Only 15 days left of school?  Where? My daughter has a whole month left!?!

Ah-Ha!  Now it makes sense.  My daughter didn't start school till September 5th.  That's why she has another whole month and a half to go.  Her last day is June 21st, but it is a half-day.

Psychologically speaking, middle school is the #1 period in which clic's are important to people. It carries into highschool a bit though. Then all the big time people in highschool go to college and, unless they've gained some maturity, usually end up getting put in their place.

In the meantime, simply put, don't allow yourself to be victimized. If they irritate you, ignore them, if you can't, take it to someone higher up (sounds like you're already on the right track so far as this is concerned). I'm not saying you should lash out, just that you shouldn't let them get the best of you. Don't sacrifice your friendships just because some people get on your nerves (for that matter, you might want to discuss it with your friends, if you haven't already).

Why is it that architects can't remember to put air vent before they finish building the rest rooms? It's bad enough I have to hold my breath when I take a ....
