Damn...looks like the board was nuked awhile back.
I've been absent from the boards for awhile because General Mills (where I worked) has had massive lay-offs and yours truly is lookin' for work. Oy!

There had been rumors there was going to be a bit of a shake-up at the plant (because of a recently completed Pillsbury accquisition) but this isn't what I expected. I went into work one day and the managers came out and told 22 people to drop what we were doing and leave the premises immediately (yours truly included); do not even go to your locker to clean it out (afraid of a riot, I guess). The next day they told ten more people to go. They permanently laid-off everyone hired since 1978! Over half of the total wage employees. Can you believe that? After nearly eight years at the plant, I was stunned. :o
So, in the meantime, I've been working for a temp agency. I don't like it because they send you here, there and everywhere and one day you might make decent money and the next day chump change, but it's something.
Anyway, I'm sorry to see all the posts gone, but we'll make it up soon enough, I'll bet. Actually some of my posts in the past are probably better off gone, heheh!

Okay, maybe you only had a brief respite rather than a prolonged absence, but it sure SEEMED like forever. I mean, naked running men are few and far between as it is. Unless, of course, they're running away...
