Subject: If You Had Just 1 Pound Left...
Or $1, or Aus$1, or whatever. What would you do with it? If everything had come to nothing, nothing seemed so much of a reality, would you spend your last pound/dollar while you could, or by the same stroke, would you save it, try and make as best of your life as you can, and keep it to invest? What would you do with that little amount of money that you had left?

Oh, for a minute I thought you meant something else....then I would've said I'd be blown around by the wind! Anyway, I would give it to someone else...and not tell anybody about it....oops, well you did ask :)

If I only had £1 (or US $1 or CDN $1 or AUS $1 or NZ $1 or one euro (the euro sign cannot be made on this board) or ¥1 (which isn't much)) left, I'd probably save it…

Well, if I was an actor on one of those stupid 10-10-220 commercials, I'd make a long distance phone call. There isn't much else you can do w/ a dollar these days.

Having actually been in that situation more than once in recent years, I would save it, in case things got so desperate that I needed it to buy food for my daughter.
When things get better, it generally goes to a food pantry, or other charitable cause.

Ah! I would use half call my best friend and arrange to rent our fave film (50p at our vid shop) :D and then I would go over butter her up with the film ;D and manage to borrow enough cash for train fare and then go see the family to help me out!!!!!
