I'm headed to Arkansas tomorrow to spend the week with Cricket and all of my other family! But ya'll are not gonna be so lucky to get rid of me totally if Cricket will share her computer! If she decides not to, I'm bringing along my son's laptop just in case!! ;D

Share my computer? !! That is a laugh..I will be lucky if she will let me on my OWN computer while she is here!!!!
Actually...I am very glad she and my boys are coming down...I need a shot in the arm of a good time right now....with my personal life going to h*ll in a hand basket....they always know what to do to make me feel better....and they could not get here soon enough for me....I hope to spend the week with them by the pool side of our folks....sunning and funning and happy as h*ll...and let the rest of the world pass us by!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm had been having a wonderful time on my vacation until this evening! I was playing 'King of the Raft" in the pool with my boys when my oldest, who is 14 & 5'9" jumped on and landed on my left hand and arm. Cricket took me to the ER for xrays. There is a probable fracture in between the hand and wrist so now I'm in a "cast"-like brace! :( Hopefully, it won't be too long before I'm like new. I really stink at this one-handed typing!!!

A-ha! So that's it! So now I know. But being a nurse with a broken wrist really sucks. And being forced to type one-handed really sucks too…

Ouchie! I was going to wish you a happy, safe, visit. But now it seems not to have been so safe after all. :(
So sorry to hear about the hand/wrist. That's exactly the spot my daughter fractured her arm when she fell off the jungle gym two years ago.
And one-handed typing is really a B*@)^. I was supposed to be taking a typing test when I hurt my hand a few years back.
