If you had to choose JUST between these 2.....
I prefer Sprite....even with thier stupid commercials proclaiming it quenches your thirst.....soda does NOT quench thirst, it only serves to de-hydrate your body. I don't drink much pop anymore...lots of water! When I do get the urge to de-hydrate myself I'd rather have a beer :D

If I have to chose between the two of them, I'll drink 7-up. But I always reminds me of having an upset stomach. My mom used to always give me and cricket 7-up when we were sick.

My mom and dad give me 7UP and Sprite when I'm sick. Actually, being sick is the only way I can get my parents to buy me pop! :)

Don't let your love for Coke dictate your true opinion of Sprite. (Sierra Mist is nasty though, Pepsi doesn't know how to make lemon-lime drinks. I liked Storm better, and that wasn't to good either.)

I know what you mean. I actually used to like Lemon-Lime Slice a lot better (it was like my 2nd favorite drink), but they replaced THAT with Sierra Mist, too.
If it was Slice vs. Sprite, I'd definitely choose Slice. :)
But I truly like Sprite a lot better than 7UP. Not only because it's Coke, because I think it truly tastes better. :)

For the ads, I really don't care. If Britney Spears was the spokesperson for Coke, I'd still drink Coke though I am tired of seeing her in Pepsi Ads, but that doesn't change my opinion for the drink.

Definitely 7-up! The only time I will drink Sprite is if there is no other lemon-lime drink available.

Ever since they changed 7-Up's formula, I've liked it less that I had when I was a little pop drinker. But it still tastes better than Sprite, which I swear is lemon Pledge.

Sprite..and only Sprite...7-Up tastes watered down....and while I don't drink that many soda pops too I will pick a sprite over anything else..even coke..which would have to be my next fave!

I have gotten my daughter in the habit of choosing Sprite when I allow her to have sodapop, but only because it doesn't have caffeine on the label.

Being a spritely little thing myself, I have to choose Sprite.
