He was just flaming the board, he's gone now, he'll probaly be back though. He's not a contributing member.

I belong to a lot of message boards on all kinds of topics and the one thing I've noticed about trolls (and you can find them on any board out there) is that they are really lonely people who are desperate for attention (even negative attention). Of course, by reacting to them, people do give them the attention they desire. On one board I belonged to we had a troll who was so horrible that I traced his IP address and reported him to the right people and he never bothered us again.
QueenAviator, don't let him (her?) ruin the board for you. You just have to ignore people like that.

As far as trolling goes, this board doesn't get many, at all. Like others have said, don't let them pull you in by responding to them.

The offending "member" (and I hate to use that term here, as I prefer to think of our members as people who actually contribute to the board) has had all his posts deleted, and I have contacted Chucky about what further action he wishes to take.
You are absolutely right, QueenAviator, posts like that have no place in these forums. People here have the opportunity to express their ideas and opinions; but not to ruin the atmosphere of the board with their pathetic attempts at insults.
I sincerely hope you will listen to the other members who have posted here asking you to not let this one loser ruin this place for you. IMHO, the response of our members against this type of behaviour is a far better indicator of what type of board we have here than is the mindless drivel of one sad troll.
