Subject: I just snacked on a penguin
the vending machine here at work stocks some strange things from time to time.. for $.20 there was a small bag of M&M's, and something with a picture that looked like a penguin on it.. needing a cheap chocolate fix, I figured I'd try it out.. turns out it's a type of British candy, called a penguin.. chocolate biscuit surrounded in chocolate.. very good..
and here you thought I was roasting penguins on a grill or something I bet..

Mm, penguins, Chucky, my favourite penguin related chocolate snack food. Yes, we're crazy about them over here. Except, the ones I have are all melted... I had one in my snack box today for lunch, and it was...
But yeah, the small M+M packs are good, and there's the peanut covered ones, and then there's the chocolate covered raisins and then, the mother of all "recess" snacks, the Club biscuit.

Slightly off the subject, the PX on the first floor of my work building was selling chocolate replicas of NASCAR vehicles for 2 bucks. Just don't expect Dale Jarrett or any other driver to let you eat their cars. ;)

Damn. They're gettin' sneaky... chocolate is SO one of my weaknesses. You see how they do this? I don't deny that they're cute, and that's tough enough to resist, but now CHOCOLATE?! How can you say they're not evil, hitting my Achilles Tendon like that? They're diabolical!
Fortunately, now I'll enjoy biting their little heads off even more. Hey, it's self-defense!

That's a bit of a personal question, isn't it? Still, my youngest seems to think that the art of eating penguins is to see what percentage of face and hands can be covered in chocolate before the a screaming parent comes in to clean up the sofa/face/floor/table/hands etc ;-)
