Subject: Leonid Meteor Shower

Did anyone get to see it this year?

My daughter and I just got back inside from watching it.  There are a lot of powerful spotlights around our apartment complex, but we still got to see around thirty shooting stars!!!!

Tammy is properly impressed, and I must say, so am I.  I didn't expect to see so many with all the lights in the parking lot.  We even saw the international space station float by!!!

What a great way to start the day!!!

I watched it a couple hours ago...it was awesome. Not many city lights around here and with the addition of being able to just make out the mountains (Thanks to a bright moon) it made for some nice views :D

I missed it, unfortunately, due to bad weather. Apparently it's not going to happen again for billions of years. Anyone planning to live that long?

I went out a 2:30 in the morning to our "north 40" with my cat Cecily and we watched it together. :)

I live too close to the city, so I didn't get to watch it...well, that, and the fact that I didn't hear about it till after it happened.  ;D
