The words are fine, but I have to wonder why everyone loves to write so much gloom and doom all the time...is anyone EVER happy? And, BTW, what is the "truth"? I am not trying to be a butthead, but golly, is there a raincloud over everone's head these days, Eeyore?

Banasy -- happy subjects rarely work in songwriting, while not only is it (somewhat) easier to write out, but depressing songwriting relieves stress. I know, I'm a songwriter myself. :D

Oh, I know you are right, Junior...nobody would want to listen to a song that says how very ecstatic thay are...but when I read Ghetto's lryics (which, BTW, are really quite good) I just wanted to grab him and give him massive doses of hugs! I meant no harm. Angst is just getting to me, I guess. :-/

You show much emotion in your writing. Do you "get into character" when you write? I hope you're much happier than the reflection of your song.

i put myself into a position that i see in someone else, use my imagination, then simply write.
