but every year in Rush Springs there's a watermelon festival................there's also a rattlesnake festival but I never go to that (who in the world likes to eat rattlesnakes? yeck! :-X)

The Mystic of Singcratia is dead.....well actually, she's not DEAD......she just told me that she's going away for a very long time....because you can't terminate mystics that easily...
In other words, she came only to help screw up my story and now she is leaving.

One of the big things in Oklahoma is OU Sooners vs. OSU Cowboys. I'm not much into football and don't care much for either one of those colleges but I think it's kinda funny to listen to people's silly arguments and jokes over it. :)

Hey y'all this is kinda urgent for anyone who knows a good quick remedy: I got some kind of laryngitis over the holiday and now my voice is really messed up! I can't get my soprano range back and I really need it because next week (!) is all-state women's chorus. I've tried gargling w/ lukewarm water and even tried goin' a couple days not talking at all. Anything else I could do? :-[

Put some iodized salt in the water, and make it almost boiling hot (but not hot enough to burn you). Works wonders.

I don't think I am ever gonna understand all the penguin names. I still don't understand what the whole big deal about penguins is anyway.

Ok guys:
I weigh somewhere in the vicinity of 130 pounds (for those British, no I don't measure myself in monetary units) Anyway, I've never had a problem with being "fat" I'm pretty happy with my weight now but I dont wanna gain anymore so I'm trying to go on a diet and also work out to really get in shape, tighten up all these muscles (and not to mention eliminate the cottage cheese disease)
So does anyone have any suggestions? Good diet tips? Best workouts (especially for stomach, chest and upper thighs)
