I did mine a couple of weeks ago.  I'm still able to file them over the phone but in a couple of years, I'll make too much to do that.  And of course, if I get married or buy a house or something as foolish as that, I won't be able to use the tele-file system.

I learned a long time ago to ask employers to take out an extra 5 or 10 dollars from each pay check.

Before my daughter was born, there were two years where they didn't take enough out, and I ended up owing. :P Not fun at all.

But since she was born, I always get a refund.  My income is low enough to qualify us for the Earned Income Credit.

I didn't have to pay but I'm getting awfully tired of waiting for my refund. I couldn't e-file b/c of my divorce and name change so it's taking forever....or at least it seems like it to me!!
