Yes, POP, it is.  I hear that in the springtime a guy's testostrone starts to elevate, and the right brian shuts off, leaving him thinking with his...well, you know.  But that's only part of the story.  I do, and have, loved her for more than the 5 years we have lived together, and our relationship couldn't have been much smoother - except that she is something of a slob and a horrendous house keeper.  But these are only minor irritations - she can tell you about hers with me.  
For me, marrying her will cement our relationship - which doesn't need much cement, and will answer a bunch of practical questions, like health insurance etc.  So for me its both an emotional thing - I do love this woman deeply - and a practical thing - it allows me to extend the benefits I have to her.  
There are still issues that we need to resolve.  She wants an elaborate wedding.  I want a justice of the peace and a Wiccan ceremony.  She wants an elaborate gown, I want her near naked.  By the way, I'm thinking of the autumnal equinox as a wedding date - or there about.  The party after is another story.  Let the fun begin!!!  Puerto Ricans LOVE to party.  Maybe some of my cousins will be there.  Food, Drink, Dancing, (doing your thing).

YES, of course coquito is a national drink.  There are many recipies for it.  My sister starts with eggs, milk, cream of coconut, and lots of our good PR RUM.  It is different from the pina colada in that there is no pineapple juice.  It's more like egg nog.  But YES, we will have coquito at our reception, for all my soon-to-be gringo in-laws ;)  Gotta "tropicalize" these dudes ;D

You might try, but you would have a hard time with that one.  Without going into specifics, Cat is, more or less, a woman of leisure.  I, on the other hand, put in a good 40 hours a week.  Doing the dishes - in the dishwasher - should not be an onorous task, should it?  I am totally against the "double day" for women's work, but she is home MOST of the time. ;D

Good!! Glad to see that Dag and I aren't completely dense. I think is quite classy and kinda cool the way y'all never "let it slip" that you were a couple, and now that I think about it, I can see where you would be "compatible". (like I'm any kind of authority on relationships ::)).

I thought that a few times we made it kind of obvious but once in a while we would say something to really throw people off.  Like DC said, the details are getting complacated. I now know why people elope.  ;)
