Subject: For those who have cats....

Has your cat ever stepped on the computer keyboard and wrecked something you just spent a lot of time typing out?

Or are they just clogging up the keyboard with hair?

Try this:

I'm seriously thinking of getting it.

LOL Xena, just be firm with him/her and dont let them get up on the computer! no need to buy that if you train them not to, just have a rolled up paper near by!  :o

As for the software, with my typing, it would bring up that warning message immediatly! LOL  :P

;) ;) ;)If you don't want to spend the money, did you know that most cats don't like citrus? You could try stringing dried citrus peels--I think cats hate grapefruit the most---around the area,or put some in a bowl near the computer. :PMight be worth a try.Cheers! :D

Oops.  I did a "cut and paste" from an e-mail I got from a friend, and didn't edit it enough.  ::)

She lives on a farm, and has seven cats. Most are trained, to keep out of the "office", but "Lena the Evil" is "untrainable".

I thought it would be cool to look at, but as for spending money, moving the keyboard out of the way, or putting a dust-cover over it would be cheaper in my house.

I thought it was funny though, that there are enough people willing to spend money on such a thing, that someone else actually wrote up such a program.

Do you think it would spot toddlers using the computer as well?  My son loves to have a go on the computer, he hasn't crashed it - yet.

My cats don't walk on the keyboard. The only time they come close to it is when I am sitting here and they have to get on my lap. Once in a while, the paw will reach out and hit something. Usually, they will obstuct my access to the mouse (you know cats love a mouse  ;))
