Hmmm. It's beef-stew with vegetables in a can with wheat bread and Country Time Lemonade. The cornerstone of every dinner 8)

Hey Race!  Are you cooking tonight?.  How about this one?.  I'm making Duck l'orange.... except I'm swapping the duck with chicken and the l'orange with honey/soy marinade.  It's so delicious and really easy.  :)

Yes, bake it with a sour cream coating around it.  Very good.  Also cut it into strips, dip it in tempura and deep fry.  Also BBQ wrapped in foil with butter, garlic, onion and lemon, sprikle some basil on it too.
It's done when it starts to flake, cook it like chicken, not beef.
That Chicken Curry is getting closer to being done, I can smell it, it's good.  M'mmm.

I got some Copper River sockeye in the freezer, do you like salmon?  Best prepared on the BBQ.  Fillet, lay in foil, melt the butter, add lemon, garlic to the mix.  Sprinkle with seasoning salt then cover in chopped  onion.  Close the foil over the top and cook 45 minutes.   So freakin' good!
