I wanted to post a parody, when I realised I have no idea in which decade to put it... :-[

I think it was 1997, but it was definitely in the 90's. :)

According to Billboard, Billie Myers' hit "Kiss The Rain" made the Top 40 in January of 1998 (which means that it was probably released in late 1997). :)
