I haven't paid much attention to their newer ads, but when the Morgan/Old Lady campaigns first started running, I found it hilarious that neither of them ever wore any the Old Navy clothes they were hawking.  If the clothes aren't good enough for the paid celebrity spokespeople to wear, they certainly aren't good enough for me.  

My absolute least favorite commercial is the licorice candy commercial where the kids make a bullseye of the candy, on the back of a bald guy's head... and then we see that said bald man is seated on a park bench under two pigeons... and then we hear the slogan "Play first, eat later"   EWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!

She died last year.  Her name was Carrie Donovan and she was the editor of Harper's.

:o :oThat does sound like a dumb commercial,but what about that fairly recent one where 4 people are spreading gooey stuff on a white sheet for a stain remover demonstration.The little boy was spreading something brown and gooey on said sheet--was it mud,or something else :P :P :P :P :-X :-XCheers!
