I noticed that for the second time, Kenny and I have the same band again as our avitar (the Smiths)....the first was when we both had Elvis Costello.....

Partly because it was an important album to me in my childhood...Curtis Mayfield is one of our greatest soul/R&B singer/songwriters...the DVD version of the movie was just released (finally), and lastly Ron O'Neal (Priest) the lead in Superfly, just passed :(, kind of a tribute..
Previously had the logo of the Corrado Club of America, I'm a water-cooled VW nut, and have a highly modified (i.e. fast) bright red '93 VR6 Corrado SLC just like the picture..

Cool pic, Queen. On my first trip to Tulsa, as we were passing Southern Hills, our "tour guide" (my sister's boyfriend at the time) said, "Here is Southern Lumps." A local dj used to talk about skiing the Tulsa Mountains.

I've never been to the Tulsa Mountains. The Wichitas are in the SW part of the state. Not the most interesting hills in the world but hey, I've grown up around them (no I don't actually live "IN THE MOUNTAINS"- I just have a pretty good distant view of Mt. Scott from my house). And it's a lot of fun to go out to the Wildlife Refuge and go hiking....unless of course you run into a buffalo on the trail. :o

Mine's the mascot from Moxie cola. The most popular soda of the 1920s, and older than the imitator colas (pepsi and coke). I still drink it when I can, but usually I have to go to the grocery store for it, most vending machines stick to the overly sweet popular stuff. Occasionally you find a cool place that stocks it cold, but they're far and few between even here in New England.
