I was just reading an editorial in my newspaper about this.  It didn't explain what it is, though.  What is it?

It's basically a private messaging network where you can connect with people who have the same interests as you and whatnot.

It's just this one big love fest.

I am not on Friendster but i am on something like it called "Orkut" except you have to be invited to Orkut by a current member to be able to join. Though there is one other big difference between the two and that is on Orkut there is a ton of communities of defferent interest, with message boards, that you can join.  Though it is like Friendster in that you meet new people through a network of friends.  When you come down to it, Orkut almost like a mix between this site (inthe00s) and Friendster.
