There's this girl at school, she's very nice and I like her a lot.
Awhile back I saw her getting out of a car at 7-11 with like 6 guys in it! :o
My question is how do guys like me compete with that?

I wouldn't worry about that. They could have been her brother and his friends, or maybe she just happens to have guy friends. It is possible that she is just friends with them.
I think you should approach her. Ask her out to a movie or something innocent. Chances are if she is friends with a bunch of guys, other guys are afraid to ask her out.
