I've always wanted to own a record/book store with my own strange mix and categories of stuff.
Or own a small bar with an ecletic mix of entertainment.
Both options are too 'out there' for this conservative place.

I was an elevator operator for a summer, the old fashioned cage with a handle with which I controlled the speed etc.
You'd be amazed by how many people have elevator phobias.

Do you remember a song called 'Buffalo Stance' by Neneh Cherry? In a certain part of the song, she said 'What's he like?' I'm commenting on your behaviour (in a nice way).

e.g  "He's a miserable so and so"
      "Yeah. What's he like?"

The person is rhetorically asking for a comparison - merely a figure of speech. Hope that's cleared that one up.  :)
