Thats a tough one but probably a dragon.
Though I have a friend who is writing a story with its own mythical creatures in it one of which is based off of me named Vespere. Vespere is Night Fall. He is night itself and is as old as the night. He has two forms a shadow form and a human for and can move from either with ease. He is a good not evil.
