Do any of you have a pet or pets?I have a sweet torti-calico cat named Tika,who will be SIX years old on May 1st! :D She is laying by me as I type this,in that front paws tucked under'sphinx'position. She is a sweetie to all humans who are nice to her. Tika has a lot of different meows in her vocal repertoire,some she uses just with me.She also has a loud but soothing purr! If you have a dog,cat,or any other pets,post here! Or even if you don't have a pet!

I have one cat and her name is Sophie.  She's smokey gray with green eyes, and she will soon be 10 years old!  :)

I have to 2  psycho cats and 1 rat. Fina and Phil are the cats and the rats name is Mocha.

2 cats, 1 dog, 1 red-ear slider turtle, 1 chicken, a few birds and 2 fish.  I had more but a disease took over the tank and I lost all of them.  >:( :'(

A neurotic agoraphobic cat called Ziggy. He runs around uncontrollably after he's done his business.

I have one cat.  He is a beautiful grey long hair cat.  His name is Ginger and he just turned 1 yr old.

We have four Guinea Pigs:

Morty, 4 years old
Mocha, 3 1/2 years old
Napoleon, 3 years old
Truffles, 7 months old

A black cocker spaniel 15 months old called Jazzy.

We have one dog that is a Boston Terrier/Spitz mix named Bailey Jack.  He was three on Christmas Day.  I love him, but I'm really more of a cat person.

We also have 2 cats.  Gracie Lou (a dilute calico named for "Miss Congeniality) will be 1 in June.  Mercy Mae (a silver marble tabby) will be 1 in July.  They are both rotten, but we love them.  I don't know what I'd do without my babies. 

I love them both, but Gracie really loves her Mama.  She sits in my lap all the time.  I guess Gracie is really close to me because when we first adopted her, she came from a home that had 22 other cats.  We brought her home when she was just a little ball of fluff.  Her ears were filled with dirt from the ear mites that she had.  I don't see how the poor thing could even hear.  We nursed her back to health (she was extremely skinny, too) and now she's content living as an indoor cat.

Mercy's first home was better.  There wasn't an over abundance of cats.  We gave her the right name, too.  We are constantly saying, "Mercy" after she's done something.  She's always into something and looking at us so innocently.  Her fur feels more like rabbit fur than cat fur.  When we have to scold her, she back talks us.  Lately, we had to take her to the vet twice because she had a urinary tract infection.  She is still on medication, but rotten as ever.  At least now she's stopped peeing on the floor.  I really got worried about her though.  I guess it just goes to show how quickly you can get attached to little fur balls.

I hear that!  I'm the same way.  When people ask me if I have children, I say, "I have fur children." 

We have a hyperactive chocolate labrador named Blue, so named because when he was a pup, he had big blue eyes. :)

I have two colorful, loudmouthed parakeets named Othello and Squeaker. Othello is a bright blue color and Squeaker is this awesome lime green and yellow color.

My sister has a black bear hamster named Midnight. She has this habit of stuffing her cheeks full of food so it looks like she has the mumps. ;D

I have one dog named Clancy and he just turned 12 years old (though still acts like a puppy) a little over a week ago.  He is a Wire Hair Fox Terrier.

Ya, there was a post on the old board asking for the names of all the pets we ever had...the pet lists were endless.

I used to keep land hermit crabs as pets,they are way cool-and somewhat different than the usual pets! My favorite one was my first aptly named "Hermie". I plan to start buying more 'hermie's once the weather gets warmer.

My daughter kept a Hermit Crab for a little while. After awhile we let it go.

Yes, I have an totally white American Eskimo dog named Missy.  She's just turned 13 in December.
