Losing a limb sounds most painful to me.  Although being shot might be worse.

The only two things I went through is surgery and childbirth, since they put you to sleep for surgery, I would have to say childbirth is more painful.

a gunshot to the stomach or kneecap, i heard and read, is one of the most painful things that a human can endure.

I've had two children completely natural, (no pain medicine) and at times I think it hurts worse to stub my little toe against the corner of the wall or hit my elbow on something. :o

I'm betting it sucks pretty bad to have your knee hyperextended, ouch!  I've seen that in football games and it looks painful.

I say childbirth, but a friend of mine (who has 3 kids and is allergic to anesthesia) says that passing kidney stones is FAAAARRRRRR more painful (and the poor woman has a condition where she passes them constantly :().

My sister says the same and she's had three kids naturally too!  She said she thought she would die from the pain. :P

Welcome back.  How was Texas?  :)

Losing a limb sounds most painful to me.

My girlfriend's father lost his lower leg because of diabetes.  He said the worst thing was that even though the leg was gone, the nerves still relay the pain to the brain!  :(

All of them are painful I can imagine - however, I've only experienced childbirth and surgery. Childbirth takes it all for me!!!!
