Yep and with my 41 year old sister, and I'm not moving out any time soon until my dad can find someone else to provide money for utilities, and groceries, not to mention care for his health. But both of the "kids" have at least part-time jobs.

Technically, ours is a two family house but we recently just took over the entire house-NO MORE TANANTS!!! (YAY!!!) We are still doing "home improvement on it. Hubby is off next week so that is what we are going to be doing.

Here is a pic of it. And yes, it WILL be painted this year-finally. (Another improvement).

Very small by most standards...

The entire lot is just under 5000 sq. ft., but a good majority of that is yard.  We are planning to add on to our house in the coming months.

Here is the realtors pic of my house before we bought it 2 and some odd years ago. We have done some landscaping to the yard and added some kind of bushy plant type thingys in the front yard for privacy. Also we are hoping to add the garage this year.

WOW! The LOT is under 5000? :o

She said that over half if yard, so I am assuming that the house is less than 2,500 sq. feet?

2,500 sounds pretty darn big to me. My house is 1,143 sq. feet.
