My friend Dominic DeCamilles back in New Jersey taught me how to do it, along with putting my eyebrows over my glasses when I still wore them.

I'm not sure I can do it with other peoples, I think it had to do with the shape of my glasses.

Just what does "Putting your eyebrows over your glasses" involve, exactly?


You stick the top of the frame into the space between the eyelid and eyebrow and the put them behind your ears like usual and if you do it right your eyebrows will be sticking over the top of your frame.

I wasn't even sure if that's what she was doing.  (although I don't know what else I thought it might be  :-\\ )

I might have been able to when I was bf'ing my children but sadly I've lost my assets since then  :(

I personally hate the noise and so when I was in a band in high school my bandmates used to crack their knuckles into the microphones to make me cringe!

But has it been proven that cracking of the bones/knuckles does relieve tension and makes the knuckles more flexiable?

no, it's been proven that each time you crack a joint a small amount of sinovial fluid comes out and you therefore increase your chances of developing arthritis

my mum does this a lot.  Or rather she joins in with you as you say the last few words.  I've caught her out occasionally by thinking up two answers and changing part way through!!

I started cracking my knuckles since I was in my early to late teens(about 19 years on and off)and now I've started to crack just about everywhere all over my body.I think I'm starting to see disfigured joints. :(

I can make my throat sound like a heartbeat.  It sounds so flawless, it's been known to creep people out.  I scared the hell out of a doctor once with it ;D

It's also good do to in tune with the intro to "The Heart of Rock and Roll" by Huey Lewis and the News

With the size of the Double Bass, I would not call playing it would be a hidden talent.

i have a memory that doesn't quitin particular for people.i encounter a gazillion people through my work and i kinda freak a lot of people out when i've only met them once and i see them again months later and know their name and details etc..i'm a bit of a freakshow that way  :D ;D

I don't really have any hidden talents...though people tell me I'm a good drawer, and sort of have a knack for poetry and writing (apparently, my 'Verbal IQ' is in the top 1% of the population, I had it assessed by a psychologist).etc (hey, I didn't say it  ;))...
