I would have to say that my favorite is "Some Kind of Wonderful" I loved the interaction between Eric Stoltz (Keith) and Mary Stuart Masterson (Watts)....they worked together really well in this movie!!

Well, "Fast Times" was an all around great funny movie (not to mention, one of the best soundtrack albums in history!), so that's my first choice.
I should give mention to a runner-up called "The Wild Life" from '84. I don't know if it was a direct-to-video release, but I didn't even know it existed till it came on VH1 a couple years ago - I taped most of it.
PS: There's no way I can leave this thread without mentioning he was originally slated for the role of Marty in BTTF 1. ;D Apparently, Michael J was their first choice, but ES took the lead 'cause Mike was extremely busy with Family Ties in 1984/85. However, director Robert Zemeckis didn't think he fit the role that well.

: "I ain't never done it before, either, and I ain't startin' now. Look, you brought her here, and that means that you're gonna give her the shot. The day that I bring an O.D.-in' b-itch to your house, then I give her the shot. Give her the shot."
