You're right. I think there's a few like Mark, Howard and Apricot that are like "pillars" of the board, so you miss it when they're gone. Hopefully it's just for the time being.

Hehe don't worry, I'm equally amused this came up and had to quote it - reminds me of a little story.
About a year ago, I'm in an AIM chatroom with some of my BTTF board buddies. Now keep in mind, I'm sort of anal with how I type - punctuation and capitalizations, etc - but since it's "live" I have to hurry a bit.
Anyway, I was referring to someone else we know, and I INTENDED to say "I've only talked to him in PMs recently" but it came out "...talked to him in PMS" -- I forgot to take my finger off the Shift key in time.
Yeah, I was taking flack on that one for awhile!!! Worse for me, it was archived on the board (we sometimes save "group chats") so future generations can be reminded of it. ;D

that is so true Andrea! Andrew is such a good kid....he's smart, funny, doesn't get into trouble (drinking, drugs, etc), and he has a wonderful personality....I hope that when Vaughn grows up to be a teenager, that he also shares these characteristics that Andrew portrays. It's a shame that parents totally overlook the wonderful things about their kids and focus on the petty things that aren't even important.

He says he'll be able to return when his dad's spite for him decreases enough. He says it might be anywhere from the beginning of school (August 29) to the end of next month. But I really didn't get a definitive answer.
However, if this school year is anything like last, I'm sure he'll find a way too sneak in at least a few posts from a school computer. As of the end of last school year, Bess, the school's filter, didn't block this site.

I'm not dead, institutionalized, or making up new accounts to annoy anyone. If I appear active, it's cause this is our homepage, and I'm logged in permanently. Sometimes I get on for school stuff.. looking up words and Cliff's Notes and whatnot.
I may be back Monday, I may be back Sunday... I may not be back for a long time. My dad actually said he intends to keep me offline as much as possible, even if he has to be totally irrational about it. I almost had it back last week, but forgot to brush my teeth and lost it for an indefinite amount of time, if this gives you an idea of the calibur of the irrationality I'm working with.
