Which person do you find the most effective?

I happen to really like Leslie Sansone, although, Richard Simmon's tapes were always fun!

After seeing so many pictures of Tony Little in one night, I may have to stop watching TV for awhile in avoidance of him sprinting on his machine.

But, I chose "other" because I liked Gilad and that sister of the tennis player who's name I can't remember. I think her name was Tracy or Stacy or something like that, but she was good, too. Disney's Mousercise was fun, too!

I saw Derrick Evans (Mr Motivator) at a cricket match, and we all know he look familiar but could not place him.

Anyone remember Arnold Schwarzenegger's Total Body Workout album from 1984?

http://www.slatch.com/media/arnoldworkout.jpg

I used to get a kick out of the parts where he'd say things like "Down, and up, and down".  It almost sounded like he was rapping along with the songs ... Don't Stop Believin' - Journey (featuring Rap vocals by Arnold Schwarzenegger) ;D

Tony Little.  I always laugh when I work out to his videos. He always says something that sounds like.... " Ok, lets do a whole lot of BUTT exercises". Something about that makes me laugh.  ;D
