I like getting the Reese's peanut butter cups and the miniature candy bars (snickers, milky way, etc).  I kinda like candy corn..but in moderation...I can only eat about a small handful of that at a time...it's too sweet for me to eat any more.

BTW, I have to wonder why it never fails that you go through the candy at the end of the night and people persist in giving the kids those nasty peanut butter taffy things (the ones in the orange or black wrappers)?  I don't know a SINGLE person who actually likes those (although I"m sure someone on here does....anyone, anyone?) :P


Are you talking about those Abba-Zabba things?  I don't think I ever tasted one, but I've seen them in the stores.

I like Smarties and Bottle Caps.   And I can't stand Tootsie Rolls.

I think that's how it will be with us this year....living in our new house....we live in a small town (right in the neighborhood, in town)....but there are TONS of kids around here...so we will probably get a lot. Last year, at our previous house...we lived in the country...on a back road...so we didn't get really anybody.

I don't like the peanut butter candies that come in the orange and blacks wrappers.  Old people always give these out.

How about people who give out pencils. ;D  There was a lady that lived around the corner from us, she used to give out nickles.

I noticed the kids in my neighborhood preferred Laffy Taffy over more expensive chocolate candies, so I'll go with Laffy Taffy for my favorite Halloween candy only.  Regular favorite candy is Snickers bar.

This one guy used to give out the most awesome crap. He was never ready for Halloween, so he gave out Hot Chocolate, packs of Ramen, and cans of soda.. nobody ever ate or drank it (too risky), but I found it hilarious.

My favorite actual candy is Hershey's Bars. Those small, 4-block ones are sweeter then the big bar, it seems to me. Either that or 3 Musketeers. 2 Fun-Sized 3 Musketeers is the perfect amount of that candy.

They're these little 4-6 ounce bottles that have some sort of uber-sweet juice in them.. it's too sweet for me, they actually make me thirstier.. except the Orange ones. Can anyone find an image? I can't.

are you sure its a peanut butter taffy, the orange and black wrapper sounds like the stuff people give out here but its mollasses taffy.

I like the fruit flavored candies and the bb-bats.

My favorite Halloween candy is the kind thats peanut butter flavored that comes in the orange and black wrappers; they tend to liquify when you bite into them. Those are the hotness.

Wonka Thrills.  Little purple shaped chiclet like gum that tastes like soap.  I used to get them every halloween and eventually they grew on me.  Now whenever I see 'em in stores, I pick up a few packs :)

Reeses pumpkins.  I mostly just like the bite size candy.  It is nice to be able to cure the sweet tooth with a bite instead of an entire candy bar.  Now if I could only stop at one bite sized bar. ;D

There is one guy in our neighborhood that works for Hostess and he hands out mini loaves of Wonder Bread.  I love it.

I used to love trick or treating as a kid.  I loved getting M&Ms, Snickers, Reces peanut butter cups.
Now I usually buy Charms Blow Pops, Tootsie Roll Pops and the mini candy bars (Hersy's, Mr. Goodbar, Krackle). 

I loved anything with chocolate, pretty much. We had a few old ladies who use to hand us fruit - that was usually traded for more chocolate.  ;D
