Me being the obsessed fan I am, I can't let this day go by without mentioning - on October 21, 2015, Doc & Marty descended (or will descend, depending on your perspective!) on the futuristic Hill Valley, California, from 1985.

Marty dressed up as his wimpy future son, to keep him from getting arrested due to being mixed up with Griff's gang. He later outran him on a "borrowed" hoverboard.

Unfortunately the day won't be without negative connontations though - as Old Biff ended up stealing the time machine from Marty's future neighborhood - resulting in the beginning of the "Evil Biff" history. But luckily that was averted later. :)

so... what are we supposed to do on this thread?

Weird thing is, 77 isn't THAT old (even today, let alone in an alternate future with "rejuviations" and all), but Biff looked like death on wheels.

Assuming I exist in the "BTTF universe" (I'm sure I would, as would all of us - since the only things that are different are anything directly related to the movies or to Hill Valley), I was/will be 34 years, 1 month, 18 days old on the day Marty & Doc arrived in 2015.

Now it's 8:20 AM California time.

Exactly 20 years since Marty came into Doc's lab, overloaded the amp, took a phone call from Doc himself, and had to dash off to school, via car surfing to the tune of "Power of Love". 8)

That's 4 minutes away as of this moment. So that means, 20 years ago, Marty would just about be pulling up to Doc's on his skateboard now (since I figure it took a few minutes to come in and set up the amp, etc).

That's a milestone alright.

they had an 80s Cafe too... something the city I live near has now... (no I'm not involved in any fashion) I guess if we're getting 80s cafes now, they'll be considered quite uncool in 10 years.
