Subject: Trim Spa Baby

Have any of you or someone that you know ever used Trim Spa to aid in losing weight? My sister Brandy took this while doing yoga, and she lost a bunch of weight....I started taking it, along with exercising and trying to eat healthier and so far it seems to give me more energy during the day. Anybody else have any feedback concerning this?

I... don't know anyone who has resorted to Pills (I think they're pills) to lose weight. heck, I don' t think we even care if we're fat ! :)

My cousin used it and it worked well for her. I am not sure how long ago, though, so I don't know of any side affects.
