I use that site all the time :)
It is not the official Canadian charts though. They only compile the CHUM top 30, which is a radio station based out of Toronto that is broadcast across Canada

Here is the complete Billboard Hot 100 Chart Archive from 1980-1989. Found this about a year ago, and since then, I have aquired an mp3 of every song on this chart :o
