We often complain that this place is 'so quiet' and 'so dead' (I don't find it so, I find it active enough), but let's just be thankful this isn't going on anymore...

Oh yeah, it's all those pre-1970s polls about the best songs of each year of the 1960's. "The Top 140 songs, #s ___ to ___." I remember that. ::)

They were good polls and all, but they should have been spaced out a little more. When like 50 of them are done at once, it gets a little annoying

^Agreed. It would probably have been nice if they were done, say, once every few days...or once every week. I think Chucky intervened and told that person not to post so many polls at once on the same board.

I'm sure 1 post for an entire year would have sufficed. Thus reducing the threads to just 10 for the entire decade,. ::)

That's an idea... although some people might not want to look through a list of 140 songs just to decide their favorite from a list that long. :-\\

Once a week is probably the best.
How many messages can someone post in a row before if gets on peoples' nerves? I'd say about three in a row at once is probably the limit.
