The 60s.

The '00s. The '70s was redeemed by the sense of fun of disco and some good music, like the singer-songwriters, and good TV and movies. And the casual sex.

At the risk of drawing into a heated debate, I don't particularly like the 70's.
- the clothing (especially the over use of polyester)
- disco
- some of the non disco music
Granted there was some things about the 70's I do like....
- some of my favorite bands/singers got their start during the 70's, or at least perform some of their best songs then.
- some of my favorite films/TV shows are from the 70's.
The one decade I really don't like/glad not to have live through is the 60's.

I never much liked the 1340's either. Although I could also do without the 1020's and 600 B.C.

The 80s sucked, but at least they gave us Morrissey, Momus, and other bands you may not know that I enjoy.
The 70s have had a few good songs and a few cool cultural things, but just not enough to redeem itself.

I like some things about the '80s, but I think to some degree '80s-love in current pop culture has gone too far. I mean, we need to remember people had real problems then and you couldn't escape Dynasty. It was sort of a substance-less decade...the '90s, meanwhile, almost had too much substance. And the late '80s mainstream culture wasn't all that interesting.

I definitely think the decade is sugar-coated in neon glaze. If I was born in 1970, rather than 1990 I doubt I'd be as fascinated with the '80s.
