I had seen all the ORIGINAL episodes of the PROPER version of The Office THEN the awful American version came along. I like that one too, though there has yet been anything on the US copy to top "free love freeway" - great.

I think Ricky Gervais is treading on thin ice. He controlled every aspect of the US version of 'The Office' and it just wasn't the same and recently he appeared in 'The Simpsons' and made a pigs-ear of that too (albeit a godawful script).

His stand-up comedy was totally uninspiring too.
